D | 一些网友觉得，作为数学家的韦东奕去编小学数学练习册是“大材小用”，有些“掉价”；还有个别网友留言，互联网的尽头果然是“带货”，认为其“不务正业”。事情真的是这样吗？韦东奕有扎实的学术功底与严谨的数学思维，这是不可否认的事实。但他到底“厉害”在哪里？其实大多数人可能也说不上来。不久前，王虹、邓煜摘得被誉为“数学界诺贝尔奖”的菲尔兹奖，成为舆论焦点，但他们研究的内容和课题，哪怕用最通俗的话来介绍，我们还是听得似懂非懂，好像在云里雾里。确实，这些顶尖数学家的学术水平非常人可以企及，但不代表他们就一定要离我们“很远”。我们希望他们都能在各自的领域内为整个社会、世界做出更大贡献，但是做贡献的方式也不只有在书桌、电脑前潜心研究这一种。事实上，顶级中国科学家走进网络，坚持科普的例子近年来一点也不少。比如，中国探月工程首任首席科学家欧阳自远入驻短视频平台直播科普，单场观看人数可达上百万人，极大带动全民航天热情；比如，中科院院士汪品先在B站开设科普视频，用通俗语言讲解潮汐、深海珊瑚、古海洋等大众好奇的问题，让冷门的深海科学“出圈”；又比如，植物学家钟扬长期义务开展青少年科普，担任 “科学队长”，主持打磨上海自然博物馆近 500 块中英文展板文案，在大众心中播下生命科学的种子，获评感动中国人物……他们的做法既能提升全民科学素养，又能传递奉献、求实、探索的科学家精神。尤其对青少年来说，能和顶级科学家近距离接触，有助于激发他们的求知兴趣，树立远大的理想。如今，韦东奕也主动选择“下沉”，开始为孩子们普及基本的数学逻辑知识，帮助小学生夯实思维基础，这无疑是一件普惠社会的好事，一点也不“掉价”。

E | 更重要的是，曾经的韦东奕给公众留下的印象是一头蓬松的头发和手里拎着的三个大馒头。有人觉得他“朴实无华”，还有人感叹他没能“赚大钱”。
