The first two episodes were screened at the iconic Grand Rex theatre, with series creator Darren Star and the cast in attendance. The event followed closely after Netflix co-CEO Ted Sarandos was honoured with France’s prestigious Legion of Honour by President Emmanuel Macron.          Lily Collins brought humour and charm to the evening while addressing the playful political chatter sparked by the new season. With Emily’s journey briefly shifting to Rome before circling back to Paris, the move prompted light-hearted remarks from French President Emmanuel Macron and Rome mayor Roberto Gualtieri. Reacting to the unexpected attention, Collins quipped, “I never expected in a million years we would be a part of a European political love triangle.”          Darren Star added fuel to the excitement by teasing future surprises, especially after French First Lady Brigitte Macron’s cameo in Season 4. He credited the series with reigniting audiences’ love for Paris and revealed that his wife Nicole is “one of Emily’s biggest fans.”          Collins also spoke about Emily Cooper’s growth over the seasons.
